What it does, and what it doesn't
Is it validated for FDA or medical devices?
No. AnchorPoint is built for ISO 9001:2015 and does not ship pre-validated IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, nor is it certified for FDA 21 CFR Part 11 or ISO 13485. If you are a medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturer, buy a validated system — we'd rather tell you that than sell you the wrong tool.
How many users do I get?
Unlimited, on every plan. The price depends on the company, not the headcount, because software that charges per seat quietly teaches people not to use it.
Where does my data live?
In a Postgres database with row-level security, meaning isolation between companies is enforced by the database itself rather than by the application. Export everything to Excel or PDF at any time.
What happens if I cancel?
Your workspace is archived, not deleted. Restart any time and it comes back as it was. Export your registers first if you'd like your own copy — one click each.
Can I move up or down a plan?
Any time, from the billing portal inside the app. Changes take effect on your next invoice.
